Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, she is a dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting recovery. She believes that recovery is about more than abstinence—it’s about healing the underlying pain that fuels addiction and creating a life that no longer depends on substances to cope.
Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, providing clients with a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their experiences with curiosity rather than shame. She works alongside each individual to foster self-awareness, process difficult emotions, and develop practical skills that support long-term healing and sustained recovery.
In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, she is trained in Brainspotting, an evidence-based trauma processing modality designed to help access and heal experiences stored in the body when words alone are not enough. By integrating trauma-informed care with personalized treatment, she empowers clients to move beyond survival, rediscover hope, and build fulfilling, purpose-driven lives
